The Girl
Hi, I'm Jenny. I'm a 30-something book enthusiast and would-be author, with a penchant for young adult fiction. I've been putting pen to paper or sitting with my nose in book since kindergarten. I've penned 8 novels, 22 short stories and uncounted poems but only when I was in high school was I naive enough to attempt getting published. I have always loved YA fiction and probably always will. It's also what I write when I'm not in Mommy mode or actively working as a graphic/web designer for a non-profit in which I believe whole-heartedly. I may be a romantic at heart but I don't usually care for anything overly romantic -- horror, post-apocalyptic and paranormal fare are more my thing. If you can put them all together in a YA book, I'm so there.
The Site
For years I've used the name "intothemorning" as my username on various blogging and other sites where a log in is required. This is my blog about reading, sometimes all night and into the morning. I suffer from extreme Twilight disdain and I write random nonsense in journals that I will probably also write about here. You have been warned.
